So, what is this petition about? Once a year has passed, I will send this petition to the national park service asking that they remove the artifacts from civil war sites that are rotting away and soon will be no more , lost to the earth. We can't afford to lose our past, lose our ancestors,lose US. History is really the story of us, and if we don't pay attention to it, it will repeat itself.
